Q: What shipping service do we use?

A: We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).  

Q:  How much does it cost to ship?

A: If you order more that $50 to be shipped in the US shipping is free.  Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $5.

Q:  I ordered the wrong quantity or the wrong product.  Can I get a refund?

A: Yes.  If the order is still awaiting processing and has not shipped just call us to address your specific change.  If the order has shipped, just return the unopened products for a full refund or exchange.

Q: If my order has a complication will you let me know?

A: Yes.  We will send you an email or call to discuss.  We also occasional find it necessary to contact customers in order to get additional information on their shipping address as well as the occasional Manufacturer out of stock.
